"Staff were friendly, and the food was incredible!! There was no fuss when I asked what kind of oil they cooked with. They use olive oil, btw. The atmosphere was great and clean. Ordered the lamb cutlets. Would eat here again 100%."

"Shared menu was a great option $69 pp. wine list was very reasonable and lots of choice. It’s a very noisy place so if you’re looking for an intimate dining experience this is not the place .. but if you’re looking for atmosphere then it definitely has it!"

"My new favourite Greek restaurant! It has a very lively atmosphere and when the restaurant is full it can get pretty loud but this contributes to the fun & vibrant feel when you're there. The food is delicious, if you love seafood, their prawns are incredible! I've never been a fan of chicken gyros but their chicken gyros are succulent and flavourful. The staff are friendly and courteous and happy to help. We've been twice now and look forward to coming back! If you like your sweets, their donuts are an amazing end to an amazing banquet."

"Honestly, it was great. The food was wholesome and tasty and it has a real family feel, from the young staff to the YiaYia in the kitchen. The atmosphere was really good. Authentic. And cost-effective as well. Everything you want from a northside Greek restaurant. Would recommend."

"I was very satisfied after our meal at Ilios Taverna. We started off with dips and bread. The taramosalata and smoked egglpant dips were particularly good. We followed that with fried calamari, which was perfectly cooked, crunchy on the outside and we'll seasoned. For mains, we had a mouth watering serve of lamb cutlets as well as the chicken gyros, both of which came with delicious lemon potatoes. We washed this down with a couple of import beers and then settled into a food coma. I'll definitely be heading back next time I'm hankering for Greek food."

"Amazing authentic Greek restaurant! There are few restaurants out there but this one is 100% authentic Greek! Not modified for people who cannot taste! Their food is exactly home style authentic Greek ! We went there on Sunday lunchtime. It was not busy so we had great service. They have nice homemade bread for mix dips but do not order another bread as it will fill you up too quick! But it is hard to resist nice home made bread!!! I highly recommend this restaurant. I hope they will not modify their food!"
